Social Service Project By BOC Pensioners'
The BOC Pensioners' of Nugegoda region recently visited a remote village in Bulutota in Sooriyakanda
and donated school books and stationery items to 50 odd needy children at the St John Mary Vianneys ' Church in Sooriyakanda. Photos taken at the function appear below. Rev Fr Emil Fernando officiated at the function.

The houses that are being built by the BOC Pensioners' Association in Mawilaru, are now nearing completion. The following photos show the present construction levels.
The Wattle and Daub houses which are presently occupied by the displaced families could also be seen.
The 48th annual Christmas Carols by the Bank of Ceylon Christian Association was held on 18/12/13

The NRFC department was established in 1978
A get together of the past and present staff of the NRFC / RFC was held at the City Office upper floor
on 19th November 2011.A large crowd of staff members were present at this occasion.The managers who served the department as from1989 to the present day,shared their experiences with the others.
The theme of this get together was
"Better united than be alone"
A well organized fellowship followed, with a typical Sri Lankan dinner.
